I had ceramic tile put in my kitchen and my wood floors refinished. They look amazing. The finished product is outstanding. My only complaint is the mess that was left afterward. I spent the entire next day with 3 other people cleaning dust from the sanding of the wood off of walls, floors, carpet, furniture, inside drawers, pictures, counters. My recommendation is to budget in a cleaning service after the project.
