Jame was great in giving us the best option for us, for comfortability but also affordability. Never made it about him, but used his experience to give us some options what works best for our needs.His team he hired to install the unit were exceptional, as we were given an 8 hr window to complete install and they had it done in 4-5 hrs tops. He was great when we had questions, he was kind to answer them all, my wife being a bit anxious, he was patient to make her feel comfortable.Customer service was excellent ad we had some minor cleaning I couldn't attempt to do and he was kind enough on memorial day to make a trip to clear out some lines and water for us. Definitely recommend Jake and Best Neighbors, to anyone seeking an honest assessment for what they need and can afford."See more

This was my first time using Sanchez Brothers HVAC. I chose them because of their positive reviews. They were easy to communicate with and Frank arrived on the scheduled date and time for our appointment. After a lot of testing Frank let me know that my compressor was bad and a replacement was needed. From a customer standpoint you couldn't as for worse news. I was leery of his diagnosis, so I spoke to my brother-in-law who is an AC engineer and had him speak with Frank directly. Long story short, my brother-in-law convinced me that Frank new what he was doing and that his diagnosis was correct. Frank replaced my AC unit the next day and it has been running well since them. I highly recommend Frank and the Sanchez Brothers HVAC

Unfortunately the AC stopped working on Memorial Day holiday, fortunately I reached to Elite partners and got the response from Alex in few minutes after I sent request. He kindly scheduled the appointment at 9am next day.
