My AC was out and JP pointed out the exact issue. JP demonstrated his knowledge and experience and clearly explained with the Pros and cons of the next steps. We ended up getting a new HVAC installed as repair would have only extended the HVAC's life for few more years (24 years of service in total) . JP clearly explained types of HVAC, pros and cons of each type to help me make an informed decision. I received other quotes where people were trying to push upon me with the specific model. JP's quote was the lowest and he replaced the whole unit with furnace and everything else.
