- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing which is based off of the national average. You will receive 10% off of repairs when you sign up for our annual maintenance agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a complete evaluation of the system, make recommendations on sight, make repairs as needed - per customer request, record data tag information and log onto customer profile. We also record any special notes that you would like us to be aware of such as a gate code, where you would like us to park, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several members of our team have been working in the HVAC industry for 20+ years. We also do in house and on sight equipment training sessions with our vendors. Training is also provided by vendors at their business location.
