First off, Eddie was great – professional, thorough, and clearly had my best interest in mind. He explained everything in detail and didn’t push unnecessary costs, even advising against things like their 1- or 2-year VIP/Warranty plans, which I appreciated. However, the $4,000 quote for 11 light switches, installing LED lighting (which I provided myself), and replacing two bathroom ceiling vents was quite a shock. To give some context, I ended up getting the same work done for $200 professionally and found exact replacements for the vents on Amazon for $100. If you’re looking to blow some cash or just want to get a sense of what something might cost (or if you want a quote to show another contractor), it’s worth having them out for a chat. Eddie is a standout and does fantastic work for the company, but let’s be real – in this economy, I’m not made of money! The job was rather big , it was a sewage leak under my foundation and was causing my health issues to compound. the gratitude that I feel for the help without stress from them while I was dealing with this situation goes way beyond just a thank you for doing a great Job, but you literally saved my life , I have lung issues and the promptness of the work being completed and putting my home back to a safe place for me to live was amazing, thank you Juan and Moy , Juan definitely can do it and like no Juan else can and with a pleasant experience the whole way , its hard to deal with the stress of a situation as I had and having it done with respect and concern made it an easier process for me to handle . He drove out the same day, took a look and diagnosed the issue and offered a fair price. Wesley A. says, "Our tankless water heater got a massive clog in it, resulting in no hot water throughout the house. After a less than stellar experience with another company, I called Weekend Water Heater late that evening and set up an appointment for the morning. Tim came to the house right on time and took a look at the unit. After I explained the situation he asked some clarifying questions about the type of work I might seek, whether it was limited to repair or would include replacement. We agreed to try a flush and go from there. The flush was unsuccessful. At this point, the estimate for diagnosing and correcting the problem was starting to become a significant portion of the cost of a new replacement unit. I decided to pursue the replacement. During this process there were no high pressure sales tactics. Tim left to gather the hardware and came back a little later in the day to complete the install. The workmanship was great! He replaced some copper flex tubing and put in fittings along with new inlet/outlet and service valves. He installed a drain that had been missing with the prior unit. Later that night we noticed that our master shower had flow issues and also that the exhaust from the water heater would vibrate loudly. Fortunately, after a call to Weekend Water Heater, we got those issues resolved quickly and at no extra cost. I thought Tim did great work and was super easy to work with. We got estimates for replacement from two other companies and WWH was the best by a longshot. Thanks for making the process painless!"See more
