Their service was great. On time and initiated updates on repair schedule date. Ray was great examining the chimney and fireplace. Also, took pictures on chimney before explaining issues with the flash seal and plan for repair. Ray fixed the flash seal but does NOT over-sell services which is great. Very clean and took away the debris from the repair.

Nathan & Company were great to work with. The issue with my mock gas fireplace was expertly diagnosed and repaired. I asked in my request for the fireplace to be cleaned, including the glass doors, to get it ready for pictures for a real estate listing. When he got there. I received a message that they could do that so I scheduled an appointment. When the technician got there he told me he could clean the fireplace but they do not clean glass doors. I had him go ahead and clean the fireplace, but I’m going to have to hire someone else to remove the doors and clean, so an additional appointment and more money. When he finished his cleaning he pointed out 3 hairline cracks that needed to be fixed so I okayed the repair thinking it needed to be professionally done. He charged an additional $300 for that. After he was done, I was shocked at how little expertise was required to do the repair. My husband could have done it easily with a $12 bucket of fireplace mortar. I spent double what I was expecting to pay and had to hire additional help to complete the intended job. I’m not happy.

We had new panels installed, the chimney inspected and cleaned .. a new gasoline installed… and all within 72 hours of their quote. This is a business that has my vote!
