The pictures are the result after paying this company for duct cleaning. My exhaust and intake is horribly dirty.
Just a few days later, when I replaced my dryer, the installer recommended duct cleaning—little did he know it had been done just a week earlier by this company.
I also specifically asked the cleaning technician to clean the intake plenum. He told me there was a filter in place, so it didn’t need cleaning and it will get dirty again. However, after checking with other companies, I learned that cleaning both the supply and intake ducts is standard practice. No happy, they also gave me a small discount and asked me to leave them 5 star review.

Did not clean the ducts that they were asked to do. We had to call separate company to come out and have dryer looked at. We got certified report that dryer is functioning well, it's the duct that is clogged. These guys didn't even want to look at the vent fully all the way to the roof. David was will just try to upsell you UV lights for ducts for $700 a piece.
Pictures show how they left the duct. They call it clean.
Save yourself time, find someone else.

The team is amazing. They were punctual meaning they were on time for my job during my work hours.
They were quick as well while cleaning my vent which was probably not cleaned for a while and the job was done within time.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Shark duct cleaning for your vent cleaning.
They also checked my AC and fixed my dict pipe to make sure there is no dirt near the washer dryer.
