We recently bought our 35+ year old home and the fireplace had never been cleaned. They arrived on time and did an inspection, to include climbing up on the roof. They let us know the chimney was in good condition but suggested a deep cleaning due to decades of buildup. The price for the deep cleaning was fair and their assessment was honest. They were friendly, professional and we are happy with the results and now have peace of mind that our fireplace is safe to use.
