This company not only provides excellent work in the renovation industry but it is also an amazing company to work with. They had the best price and I trusted them the most and I am pleased with all of the work they did.

I hired SP Renovations to close in my dining room into an office. This was a great experience. This company is very efficient and hardworking. Also reasonably priced. They made sure the job was done right and were finished in a reasonable amount of time.

The designer I worked with was absolutely standout, helped me stay in budget and still get the look I was after. I was thoroughly pleased with the bathroom renovation completed by this team. If you're looking for quality, I would consider getting a free estimate from this company.

About a year ago, while searching online for a general contractor to renovate a home of mine, I came across Brivenca Builders and decided to take a chance and hire them to do the job. It was a 2600 sq.ft. home in a high rise building and we completely gutted it and rebuilt it. Fast forward one year, and we have now completed three projects together.
Edwin and his team are professional, timely, meticulous, and very easy to work with. I have always been able to rely on them to manage, and get the job done, and done right.
I have worked with other General Contractors over the years who are a little less expensive, but, I have learned that you get what you pay for, and in many instances, I end up paying more in the long run trying to fix their mistakes.
I highly recommend Brivenca to anyone looking for a full service, professional company for their renovation needs.

Home Crashpad was the best. We had an insurable loss and they worked with us and our insurance company to get us the best possible outcome. The project was 3-4 weeks from start to finish and they did amazing work and even did some extra stuff to spiff up our home. These guys had fair prices and excellent work. They even had someone come and do a deep inspection of the work and found several things they could improve on. They then came back and spent a day fixing all of these small details. The key to a good construction project is the details and these guys did this in spades. The pictures are a few of the areas where they renovated. Several bedrooms and 2x bathrooms (1 pictured).

Do not hire this company – a costly mistake!
I hired this company for a full remodel, including a bathroom and kitchen renovation, as well as interior and exterior painting. From the beginning, there were issues. Toward the end of the project, I noticed that significant areas of both the interior and exterior were left unpainted. When I brought this up, they demanded an additional $10,000, despite our contract clearly stating that a complete paint job was included. Unfortunately, I didn’t pursue the issue further due to the potential for further costs.
To make matters worse, after paying them with a cashier’s check, the project manager, Damian Lee, accused me of providing a “fake” check and made an extremely offensive and racial discriminating comment. Later, the owner confirmed that the check was valid, but the experience left a terrible impression.
After an inspection, I found that NONE of the plumbing work had been done correctly. I contacted the owner, Saad Airout, over a month ago about this, and he promised to send someone to resolve the issues, but no one has shown up. Attempts to speak with them in person have also been ignored.
If you’re looking for professionalism, accountability, or quality work, I strongly advise against using this company. They’ve cost me time, money, and peace of mind.

Nigerian Scammers! DO NOT HIRE THESE FOLKS IF YOU VALUE your TIME AND MONEY. We are suing and reported them to thumbtack
1. We hired these scam artists posing as contractors to renovate our new home and they took our money and disappeared; they deceived and manipulated us to pay them in full and even overpaid because they claim they lost business money and cannot complete the project if we don’t pay. Out of empathy and to avpibecause we needed to move to our home
2. Tasha and her scamming husband will take your money to Nigeria and claim to have lost money and not complete the work. We had to pay them in their personal accounts because they have no business accounts.
3. I hired this woman and her husband to help her feed her family and we got duped! A renovation project that was to take 6 weeks ran into 6 months and they disappeared with our money.
4. Deceitful scammers claiming to be contractors and they use an undocumented worker that they abuse and refuse to pay.
5. Her husband Moyo is a Nigerian scammer who does not know how to communicate, he is incredibly unprofessional - He is never around to supervise the work they took our money for but will show up from Nigeria every month to take our money and disappear.
6. They will purchase cheap materials, not show up and give you the run around. cheap lighting, cheap tiles, bought new cabinets only to roll paint over them instead of getting custom blue cabinets we paid, installed unsafe glass doors that the glass company and their own worker warned them about.
7. They have been sued before and We are also suing them also.
8. The lady is conniving and will not listen to your choices- asked them to open up a wall to expand a kitchen space- she cheaply installed shelves to feign a pantry.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: STAY AWAY AND DO NOT HIRE THEM. You will regret it. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFR.
