Super experience with Eduardo. He is very professional and responsive. Extremely trustworthy. We discussed the work. He gave me advise on what was best but always letting us make the decisions. His coordination with his specialists is amazing. All very good craftsman and all are very polite. Super duper excellent craftsmanship. They all went out of their way to help out and do the small things to make the whole project very seem less. I would highly recommend Eduardo and his company. We are already planning for more work and will use SPS.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client is usually first contacted by the estimator, when a convenient time for the client is established the estimator comes out to view, measure and take pictures as well as a full description of what needs to be done. The estimate is then put together based on the desired scope of work as well as the material that will be required in order for it to be accomplished. When the estimate is submitted, refined, and excepted the work will commence. Payment schedule and timelines depend on the size and the complexity of the project. The owner of the company Eduardo will be available anytime throughout your project fo questions, suggestions or change orders.
