Zach came out to give me an estimate on installing kitchen counter tops with existing (beautiful....but broken) marble I already had. He gave me an honest, straightforward assessment and recommendation of what would work in our kitchen. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different options and really took the time to discuss alternatives with me as well as gave me great ideas for possible future remodeling. Perhaps one of the best parts was that he was eager to help out in assessing other possible future renovations we need that were not originally discussed when scheduling the consultation. He gave some really creative ideas for our crazy fixer-upper that is in desperate need of a facelift...or seven.

Working with Tell Projects has been an amazing experience so far, they're doing other projects for us as we speak and still have to install a few final things w this one; however, I was blown away that they completed a our shower remodel in THREE days and made sure it was everything that we wanted along the way. The Project Manager, Zach, met with us after hours several times to discuss the various options of how to get updates we were hoping for along with the most "bang for our buck" The Designer, Elizabeth, was very open to all of my ideas and offered guidance to stay on budget without having to lose anything that I was hoping for. Their team was timely, well mannered and kept the site very clean. I can't wait to see what they do for our complete kitchen remodel. Everyone that's been on site so far has been friendly, polite and respectful of our home. If the kitchen is anything like how smoothly the bathroom went (and is it this far) then I couldn't ask for a better renovation experience! Stay tuned!

Tell-Projects was wonderful. I worked closely with Zach, with office supervision and communication from Ellie. They helped us remodel our entire second floor living in just under 3 weeks, start to finish! That included demolishing the kitchen and two walls, installing new floors, counters, countertops (quartz), and installing our handpicked appliances. They were very efficient, speedy, and thorough. Throughout the experience, Zach was very communicative, open, and honest. We partnered closely to create a floor plan and the various design choices that go into it. My fiance and I both travel for work each week but we had full trust of Zach and his team to be in the house working. He would send us pictures of the progress each day and was very accessible if we had any questions by phone. We'd highly, highly recommend Tell-Projects for future remodeling projects, no matter how big or small. Price was very reasonable considering the value, and they put no pressure on you to do more than you absolutely need. And of course, there are always little touch-ups here and there afterward to get everything perfect, but Zach and his team were more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we felt happy. There was a misunderstanding with the app, the service area and where I was located. The owner immediately called and resolved the issue. He even made sure to send someone out the same day and kept me informed of their ETA. He went above and beyond by following up after the job to ensure it was done to my satisfaction. Although there was an issue with the app and scheduling service initially the company went the extra mile to ensure that I knew my business, no matter how small, was very much appreciated and corrected the issue immediately. I have a few other jobs upcoming and I will certainly use this company as they have proven to be not only professionals in their field and providing quality work but also making sure the customer is satisfied. What exceptional work ethic and I stand corrected. You can’t go wrong with this company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once our project managers finish discussing the potential projects with our future clientele, they take lots of measurements, pictures and information. That information is brought back to the office where a custom estimate is put together for the project. It then runs through a pricing program which is provided to the client. Don't be shy to let the project m anger know if you are working on a budget, they can help you build a custom project to your budget as best as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer complimentary estimates as well as a complimentary one hour consultation with our star design team if requested. We make sure that all of our client's questions are answered and make sure to let them know that we are always here to answer questions around the clock if needed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We had a will to succeed and give people the gift of beauty in their home.
