Summary: I would definitely use them again
More Context: I submitted the job to another window company on Thumbtack. I was ghosted. Just when I had given up, North Texas Window and Screen sent me a message saying they saw my job and was willing to take a look with my screen.
They came out and fixed the issue. The screen wasn't broken but upside down and not installed correctly. The gentleman shook my hand and walked out the door.
Now that is customer service. If I ever have any issues with any windows or screens, I know who I will call.
