We noticed a problem with our windows (in a new house) around 9:00pm and I reached out to Jose around 10:30 PM. He immediately responded back, and I called him the next morning at 8:45. He was at my house at noon. He checked every window and made the necessary adjustments and repairs. Great value. Perfect work. Communication was excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Jose's team just replaced two window panes at my home. Super easy and fast communication with him, they're all pros and top-notch. Jose was even able to figure out accurately the size of the windows panes from pics I had sent him. The team arrived on time, knocked out the work fast and perfectly. 100% recommend Ornelas Glass & Windows for anyone needed window repairs!

This company has excellent customer service, very puntual, and constantly made sure I was aware of the process. I will ecommend all that need window and glass repair or replacement use Jose Ornelad. They were prompt with the estimate and provided options for replacement and repair of windows. Looked out for us recommending not repairing windows that were deemed to have broken seals but only needed to be cleaned Excellent service and customer service. Will use for future window replacements
