Metroplex Piano Moving called the day of the move to say they were actually running AHEAD of schedule...that they had finished the job ahead of my move early. When they got to our house, they treated my Boston grand as if it were their own. They were very attentive to detail; ensuring that the piano, each leg,the pedal lyre, and bench were carefully wrapped in padding before securing it in their truck. After transport, they expertly reassembled the piano in our new home making for a flawless piano move. I would highly recommend their service.

Appreciated the response time & the fact that they were able to move my item the next day after contacting. Major plus!! Also price was fantastic for piano moving. Communication messages need some work & they were over 1.5hr late to the move. Which was fine for this moving job, but could be troublesome for others! The movers were very nice despite it probably being a long day for them!

They moved my small upright piano across Dallas. Overall I'm very pleased. It involved carrying it down a straight flight of stairs. I paid $400 which is about what I was expecting. 4 guys showed up and were clearly professional piano movers. Very friendly team, good communicators. My only issue is that I was told they would arrive between 9AM and 11AM, but they arrived around 8:40AM. Fortunately I was there early. I needed it moved in a hurry and all the other movers I called were booked out for weeks. So glad these guys managed to squeeze me into their schedule--I called on Monday and on Wednesday it was moved. Great service. I would use again.

I spoke with Andrew about moving my piano. He was polite, courteous and professional. No matter how many times I called, he always had a solution. The move was quick and without any damages.
Andrew provided me with a 30 minutes ahead call. He was respectful of my valuable time. Once the piano arrived, he made sure it was position in the location we wanted. He did not rush us at all.
I must say this company is a keeper!

Absolutely dreadful company - do NOT use them.
I’d booked to arrange pick-up of a piano today, a Christmas surprise for my wife. Elijah replied, we agreed the pick-up.. and then nobody showed up, nobody called.
By now an hour had passed. I’m standing on the sidewalk with a piano and no means of moving it.
I tried calling one number - left a message - called another and then spoke to Elijah, who said he’d call me back and find out where the truck was.
He never called back. I called again, was told “the mover has a piano in his hands, he’ll call you back”.
Nobody called back.
Two hours waiting in the street with a piano, and no call, no explanation, no service - this is the worst company I have ever worked with and I can only assume that the owner is dishonest based on how I was treated today.
I’m attaching our exchange so this doesn’t sound like I’m making it up. This really happened today and I’m incredibly disappointed.
