It is always difficult to judge one's work with no prior experience to go by. However, the technician was quite thorough with his work and was a true professional. I was satisfied with his punctuality and communication before he had arrived at my house even though we had to reschedule our appointment.

At your piano's first service, I take the time to evaluate the instrument as a whole, checking all the systems and components. If I find anything that needs to be addressed, we'll discuss the best solution and move forward together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified piano technician, a certified dealer and installer for the Piano Life Saver system, and a QRS-certified installer and service technician.
