We had high hopes when we hired the company, we did all the prep for them, moved all boxes to our new home all week from our 2 bedroom apartment, wrapped up all the furniture and took everything apart and ready to go, leaving furniture, washer & drier, and storage to them (again just a 2 bedroom), it took them 4+ hours and my husband had to help them and was basically their 3rd person in order to get the move going.. there was just no sense of urgency whatsoever and we ended up paying double what we thought, all our previous moves from 1-2 bedrooms apartments have always been right at 2 hours and we were less prepared then with only stairs, elevator was accessible this time, so to put in so much work prior and still pay 4 hours is a little disappointing, so just keep that in mind.
