Marc C. says, "We hired Steve to come out to handle a very unpleasant odor in our house. Steve was very informative, he asked a lot of logical questions and came up with a plan. We booked him immediately, in which he came out within the time range he said. Him and his assistant went right to work on the problem. The smoke bombed the pipe to narrow down the source and within a minute he had found the problem. Previous owners did a remodel and did not propoerly vent the sewage line, leading to gases back drafting in the house. They had to run to the supply store due to the pipe being a different size than normal which I understood. They returned after an hour with the right part, and had it installed in 15 minutes. The invoice was half of what I thought it was going to be, so it was a nice surprise. Steve charges you a more than fair fee for his services. I've already put his contact information in my phone. We did ask for a quote on a bathroom shower kit, again that was less than we expected, so once we have that saved up then I'll be calling him back. Thanks Steve, you are world class."See more

His work was quick and efficient, he is very responsive and easy to stay in contact with which I really appreciated.
