Dean with Thomson Plumbing did a fantastic job and we will certainly be using him again! We started with a simple toilet install. However, upon inspection he found a corner had been cut previously and suggested remedies to us, leaving the ball in our court. We had him perform the necessary adjustments and we agreed to a very reasonable price. The pricing for the simple install was also very very reasonable! He is so knowledgeable but more importantly, a courteous and honest business owner. Another fantastic perk is that he was willing and able to do our work in the evening. Therefore, not requiring my husband or I to have to make work arrangements. Even though he performed his work during abnormal business hours his pricing did not reflect that. Which I greatly appreciate. Because of that, I will use him whenever I need a plumber and definitely will be referring him to everyone I know!!

Consider yourself lucky if you come across this plumber! Best communicator I have ever had in a service provider. Dean took the time to discuss pros and cons of several general plumbing questions. Installed a toilet and removed/discarded the old one; also completed another maintenance item while onsite (drained water heaters). Both services were completed to perfection and were competitive (lowest) priced. My experience reinforces to me that there are good people (by extension service providers) among us, and I am lucky to have come across Thomson Plumbing. Highly, highly recommended!

Very proficient and efficient. This plumber presents options for fixing issues and lets you pick one. Reasonable pricing for a licensed plumber as well. Highly recommend this plumber. Another plumber asked me to cut exterior wall and change valve to fix a leak issue, which Thomson plumbing fixed by changing a washer. Impressive!

Dean is very professional and honest. Hard worker and thorough at his job. We were more than happy with 3 toilet snd 2 bidet seat installs. He picked up toilets for us as well. Had him back the next week to replace the water supply lines on all toilets in the house and fix outdoor spigot. Highly recommended!
