He came over, quickly fixed the drain clogging issue. I wanted to see what the issue was that caused the block. That was hard for him to tell me. He charged me 150.00 to clean the drain block. Also mentioned ways how I can avoid the problem in the future.

Javier was very knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew Tyler showed up on time, came up with a solution and cleaned up after completion. My kitchen sink's old drain system caused water backflow and Javier was able to come up with a new design although my kitchen sinks area has limited vertical space. Now, water drains quickly and no more water backflow. From now on, Javier will be my go to person for any plumbing needs.

EZG sent Tyler to clear my clogged drain. Tyler was very thorough and was able to get the clog cleared quickly. He continuously kept me up to date on progress and discoveries. After showing me a ball of dirt and weeds pulled from the clog, he recommended a snake camera to further investigate a suspected tree root penetration line. He wasn't pushy about since it would be an extra service, but it made sense given the evidence. I agreed to the additional investigation and his suspicion was correct as he showed me in the camera as he was running it through the pipe. While I now need to replace a section of the line and remove the offending tree, it will end up saving me from further clogs, line damage and potentially a more costly repair in the future. Tyler was always professional and considerate of my home making sure to not track in dirt and filth, and cleaning and sanitizing upon completion.
