I had originally scheduled my appointment with Burke Plumbing & Drains for today, but when my new toilet was delivered a day early, I reached out to see if he could come sooner. Tyler responded quickly and was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate me, which I really appreciated.
He was reasonably priced, highly responsive, and did an excellent job with the installation. What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism—he doesn’t come across as someone who would upsell you just to make more money. I’m very impressed with his work and look forward to hiring him for future projects. Highly recommend!

I hired King to replace the faucets in my tub and my sink. I also had him install a new toilet. The first red flag was they arrived at my house with a van full of people. They stayed outside while he came in. Then he offered to fix the repairs immediately, at the time I was pleased about but afterwards I should have allowed another plumber to give me an estimate. The second red flag was that when he came back he had dropped the other people off somewhere then he charged $125 for each and every item to be worked on. I thought that was very strange. He wasn’t able to replace my faucet but promised to find a replacement and come back. After he had installed the toilet a friend noticed it leaking. I also wanted a new sink, which he finagled his way out of that by saying he could find some stuff to put in the sink to cover up the chipped porcelain. After the $125 for anything I mentioned needing repair I decided to be thankful that I didn’t hire him to change out my sink.
So recently I turned on the faucets in the tub that he replaced and water came pouring from them.
Again, I was hesitant to call him about it, but decided to send him a message. He has NOT responded! Honestly I do not think he has the experience that he advertises on Thumbtack! I will NEVER hire him again, he seems to only be out for quick, immediate cash! Then you do not hear from him again! Or he is using Thumbtack to create his own clientele. He is giving Thumbtack a very bad reputation!!
