Thank you so much for actually showing up! We had an ongoing pressure issue for the past 3 months that had progressively gotten worse and had been trying to find a plumber to look at it for the last 2 weeks. (We had two people not show up and calls in to 2-3 others who would not return calls or could not find time to help us). RJ was excellent at determining the problem, explaining the situation and repair process, and resolving our issues! Scheduling the appointment was super easy. He showed up timely, was knowledgeable, and respectful. We will seek his services again in the future!
