I take writing a review very serious. When I do, It’s either the company did such a poor job, I don’t want anyone to experience it or the company did an outstanding job that I want to give them their due praise. It seems like companies nowadays, only care about making as much money off customers rather than the craftsmanship of their work or the happiness/satisfaction of the customer.
Goldstar plumbing installed a utility sink in my garage today. I had an overflow tube that I had just hanging over the sink and was fine with it, but Gordon said he wanted to fix it so it would look nice. He even wanted the water lines (which you really could not see) to be straight because it looked neat and professional. This attention to detail is what most companies lack. I will use Goldstar Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

It was 10:10PM Friday night when I put the job on the Angis list app. By 10:16PM I had a response from Rocky and by 10:00AM the next morning my water heater was fixed. As far as Im concerned, Gold Star Plumbing is my plumber! Rocky was awesome!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Back in March of 2024 both of my hot water heaters went down. I searched Angis List for a professional and competent plumber. The first one to contact me was Rocky at Gold Star Plumbing. He had two outstanding plumbers at my home the following day. These guys were awesome! Wish I could remember their names. At any rate they converted my system over to a single 80 gallon hot water heater with a booster pump which provided constant hot water to the kitchen and laundry room. ( no waiting for hot water). Their knowledge, professional abilities, and competence were outstanding. I was absolutely impressed and and whenever I need a plumber it will be Gold Star !
