- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free estimates over the phone for certain services and require a $50 service fee for any project that needs to be diagnosed in person. The service will be removed if the customer chooses to move forward with the repair or replacement cost
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and get details of the service there needing. I set up a time to come out and diagnose the issue and then provide repair and replacement options. Some estimates can be given over the phone or messaging
