- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free on-site estimates and no service fee charges. Our pricing is competitive and reasonable and we offer discounts on all services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a visit to come out and diagnose the issue. After assessing we will provide a thorough explanation of the work needing to be done and provide options for the repair . We will complete the work that day if possible or schedule a return date. We will provide updates throughout the entire process. We do not collect a payment until the job is 100% complete and you are satisfied with the work.
