- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we are a small company without many overhead costs we are able to offer fair and reasonable prices. We offer to beat any estimates received from another company and ALL work comes with a 1 year warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally schedule a visit to come out and diagnose the issue. I will provide a thorough explanation of the work needing to be done and provide cost effective options for the repair . We will complete the work that day if possible or schedule a return date. I will provide updates throughout the entire process. We do not collect a payment until the job is 100% complete and you are satisfied with the work.
