Edward came out to my home and explained how I really needed insulation in my attic. He gave me two options, the first was removing all the old insulation and replacing with completely new insulation, or second option, disinfecting the entire attic, and put new insulation on top of the existing insulation. The price for both weren’t unreasonable, but I chose the second option due to what I could afford. When Edward and his partner came to do the job, he realized he miscalculated the amount of insulation needed and had to go retrieve more, but needed me to write him the remaining balance (check) to buy it. I was a little concerned with that, but he assured me he will return stating he’ll leave the equipment and off they went. I’m not sure exactly how long, but it was longer than an hour before I finally texted and asked when they were coming back, Edward replied they were on their way. They came back and did what I thought was completing the job. Another hour, give or take went by and I was asked to take a look, and sign. I climbed to the top, but didn’t go all the way up and over, and I signed. I went Sunday up in my attic, lifting the few boards that were there, to see the old insulation underneath all but half of one board. I then made my way to the other side of the attic to see that no insulation was put on that side at all. I was very disappointed and confused as to what happened, and why he didn’t mention anything about not doing the other half of my attic?. I have since been in contact with Edward on Sunday, 04/28/24, and explained how I felt, and his initial response wasn’t what I expected, but gave his word saying he will make it right. We’re trying to pick a day either next Friday, or Saturday for him to complete the initial job. I upload these new photos today, 05/27/24, showing Edward did keep his word, and completed the initial job. Thank you Edward, and coworker.

Jeff and his team (Phil!) did an awesome job installing more insulation in my attic and crawl spaces in my upstairs bedrooms. My upstairs was much hotter than the rest of my house, so they found a way to help keep the temperature down. They took the time to explain to me what was needed and WHY- which I appreciated as a first time home owner. They completed the job in under 2 hours and the price was completely reasonable. I’ve already recommended them to several friends and would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality service!
UPDATE 1 month later: I can comfortably keep my house set to 75-76 degrees and its the same temp throughout the whole house! Before I would have to put it at 71/72 to keep upstairs from boiling, while downstairs would freeze. I can tell a huge difference from before and after the insulation.
