We became first time homeowners when we bought this 90 year old house in Nov. 2024. The upstairs HVAC was having a hard time keeping up this summer. We shopped around for a local, small business that could do the job around the timeframe we had of installing a new roof. Will was able to help us make the best decision for our budget and needs. He was extremely affordable, and we loved being able to back a small, Veteran family business. He was punctual, reliable, honest, and did it all by himself! We look forward to hiring him again when we replace ceiling tile for drywall so we can finalize the upstairs insulation by adding blow in to the roof peak. Hire Will, you won’t be disappointed.
