Laura C. says, "We received three different quotes for the work to be done on our crawl space before choosing Crawl Space Medic. Evan was great to work with during the planning stages. He patiently answered all our questions. He followed up with us without being pushy. We had a vapor barrier and dehumidifier installed, as well as the vents repaired. Jeremy and Gabe did the work and did an excellent job. They were kind in connecting the drain of the dehumidifier to our existing drain system. They sealed all of the vents except for two for cross ventilation. Last year, we had the house rewired and the electricians did not hang the wires in the crawl space. Jeremy and Gabe hung the wires for us so that we no longer had to worry about live wires being on the ground. They really went above and beyond. It was so nice to finally work with an honest company where all the employees are professional and courteous."See more

Every time I reached out to Carton after that first meeting regarding the task at hand, scheduling the work or just to answer questions...Carlton responded quickly. For anyone that might possibly be needing foundation work of any kind, I highly recommend Carlton Cission as the first point of contact.Shaun Dixon, Alex Hernandez, Milton Martin and Dre Nesbitt were the team assigned to replacing the entire foundation of the wedding venue restroom I hired Mount Valley for (from the interior floor to the dirt on the ground beneath...literally). 100% rotten through by years of undetected moisture from inadequate airflow and dehumidification. Shaun (the forman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process of rebuilding. He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout.
