I had a long "honey-do" list that he knocked out, including replacing a broken sump pump. He is also going to hang shades for my windows. I've wanted those for 20 years. I've now also hired Michael to re-route water in my lawn and build my dream decks for backyard living space. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. He sent pictures to clarify and also sent me pictures to show the crawlspace condition before and after, as well as the sumppump installation. Side note: he tested to make sure the outlets were all working before determining whether it was a dead sump pump or if it could be saved.
