My electric gate would not respond to the remote. I had the installer out here, then an electronics wizard. Blaine said he thought he could make it good. I started working on the computer (because I knew he couldn't get it working) and suddenly I heard the gate opening and closing. And this was after about 20 minutes. He told me the problem and if it happened again how I could resolve it. (Yeah, right - I'll just call him again). Such a nice guy, too!
