Vladimir did a fantastic job cleaning the gutter at my place and unclogging the gutters. I had no idea how bad it was till he sent me videos of clogged gutters. Vladimir was outstanding. He reached out as soon as I posted the project and could have come and completed it that day, but I wasn't ready. He repaired and cleaned all my gutters and took pictures both before and after the work. He identified an old cracked seal on my roof that would have started leaking. he replaced it too. I reached out to Flow Roofing because one of my down spouts had significant leaking, causing water to leak into our basement. Within an hour, Verrill had reached out to me and was on the way over to my home! Once he arrived, he quickly dismantled the down spout and found brick debris inside the pipe causing a significant blockage. Without hesitation, he cleaned out our pipe and reinstalled it, just like new! He was here in less than an hour, on a rainy day, during rain season. I am already recommending Flow Roofing and Verrill to my friends to use for gutter repair, roofing, and painting. A+ service: absolutely the best we have received in Portland!
