This company is in Seattle. It likely hires contractors to do the work here in Portland. Communication with them was a disaster. They refused to use the Thumbtack communications platform and instead used texts, email, and calls. Frequently these communications appeared to be computer generated. Calls, emails, texts, flooding me with often outdated communications. Weeks to get my project in one bid on this platform. Once they finally sent the contractors, they sent me a text that they don't speak English! This pretty much epitomizes the communication problems with this company.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers always receive a free quote that can be done onsite at your home or business by one of our field estimators or remotely. Once we have determined an estimate, we will send it to you via email for you to look over. Once you approve that quote, we then schedule a time for one of our skilled technicians to complete the job. We keep you updated throughout the whole process and answer any questions or concerns you have along the way. We will not bill you until you are completely satisfied with the job, so there is no risk on your part!

Our technicians are highly skilled in the field of home exterior and have decades of years of combined experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Gu-Wi started as a 2-person team with a mission to help improve our local Seattle neighborhoods by offering topnotch home exterior services. We. have since grown into a 30+ person team with some of the most skilled individuals in the industries and over 30,000 clients served throughout the PNW. We are growing quickly and even expanding nationwide!
