- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our knowledgeable estimators depend on the condition of the roof, windows, house, and gutters. Key points our estimators look in certain projects: Roof: the pitch of the roof, the condition of the roof, the square feet of the roof, what services need to be provided to the roof. Windows: The window count, how many screens need to be removed, how many interior and exterior windows need to be cleaned. Gutter and Downspout Cleaning: The linear feet of gutter, how many stories the home or building is, the condition of the gutters and downspouts. House Washing: How many stories the home or building is, how many square feet of siding the home or building contains, and the material of the siding. Pressure Washing: Pressure washing sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces depends on the amount of square feet that needs to be cleaned.

Expert Property Maintenance provides quality training to each technician to ensure that your home or building is well taken care of in a professional manner. Our technicians take a course to learn about how to properly clean and treat any roof, how to properly wash a home, and how to professionally clean windows. We want every customer to feel our professionalism and expertise, which is why we require routine training with every technician.
