We had a great experience. We were frankly somewhat concerned about using anything chemical on our roof. Ahmed and Jim provided us details and lengthy explanations of how this is done. Ahmed was extremely patient and bent over backward to accommodate our concerns and the methods he uses. Reasonable and prompt . We will use them again!
