I couldn't be more pleased that Joel and Cary decided to start On The Level six months ago! They responded within 2 minutes of my posting, stayed in great touch about scheduling (just until the last hour) and were available right away to fix my stuck (and smelly!) garbage disposal! The only small hiccup was an initial 1.5-2 hour delay* which stretched into 3 hours. Nevertheless I was grateful Cary was still willing to come out at 9 pm after a full day for my repair. He was safe and professional and their rates were half the other vendor who responded.
*They were delayed on a previous job.
