However, after a few months of coaching with Iz I’ve doubled the weights i’m lifting. He’s really great at adapting the workout to your specific needs and limitations. He will push you just enough to reach your limits but won’t give you more than you can handle. He has a wealth of training experience that he shares during each session (form, technique, biology). He has a personal gym that you workout in so it’s easy to focus on your own goals without worrying about distractions or judgements. The overall atmosphere is very relaxed.
