I called to have a plumber come out to check on a leak I was having. They told me they would be there between 11 and 1 and he showed up around 12:30. Although we had found the reason for the leak, I asked if they could do a small plumbing job in the kitchen that needed to be done. He said he could and gave me an estimate on the job. He figured out what he needed to do the job and went to get the parts. Would've been done in about an hour if the store hadn't shorted him one of the parts he needed so he had to go back to get the part. Never charged me for any extra time he had to take to drive for parts, Ralph is their primary plumber and he did a great job and was very professional. Although he lives about an hour away, he had no problem coming out and resolving the issue as soon as we called. I was able to get the same day service. They give you a quote for the job, not charge by the hour and they stuck with it.
