I just had Bob Main come to my house for an appointment I had made regarding some sparking and need for central system maintenance. I am SO glad I signed up for the annual maintenance package and that Bob is who came. He is extremely friendly, makes a point to explain everything thoroughly, and takes the time to really get to the root of a problem. This company is stuck with me!

Did not show up. Apparently you have to call to confirm your appointment. If I was able to regularly make phone calls during business hours I probably wouldn’t be using thumbtack. They did not follow up again at the appt time.
