Roy made a bad situation good. He was prompt responding to my request, gave a fair price, very transparent and knowledgable about what needed to be done and why, informed me how to avoid the plumbing problem again, very professional and courteous. If I could add "Value" and "Punctuality", along with "Personable" and "Friendly" to the review I absolutely would. Roy was an exceptional contact to work with, or rather him work on the mess that was beneath my kitchen sink. What started as just needing to have a backyard spigot replaced ended up being a larger-than-expected project that, left unattended, could have turned into a dramatic nightmare later on. Roy brought these possibilities to light and then recommended how I move forward, highlighting my options.
I decided to go ahead and follow his advised path and took care of the problem as far as it needed to go. Roy was fair, knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to complete the project that someone else had messed up at some point before I bought my house.
