Next Chapter Renovation provided the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. First, they rescheduled on me 5 times, all without giving more than 30 minutes notice and sometimes without giving any notice. I took time off work to be home for our scheduled repair times and Victor either rescheduled last minute or didn’t show up so I had to call to ask if he was coming. He gave a variety of excuses and the way he went about it was extremely unprofessional. He offered to fix an additional door for free for the inconvenience. When he did eventually come to fix my initial 2 doors that didn’t fit in the frame and the third free door, he brought a colleague that I never met who did not speak English and left for an hour as the colleague fixed my door himself. While his colleague did not speak much English, he said “shit” every minute and did not give me confidence that he knew how to fix the door. His colleague also cut his finger while fixing the door and bled on my wall and floor. I told his colleague that he could not work on my door until Victor came back. Ultimately, a 2 hour job turned into a 6 hour job because Victor left halfway to attend to another job and we had to wait for him to come back. Two days after they fixed my doors, the same problem came back. I called Victor about the problem as he promised to come back if the problem was not fixed, but again, he rescheduled or cancelled on me twice. I am currently unable to reach him so my doors are basically in the same condition that they were in before I hired Victor. It was a waste of time and money to hire Victor and I would not recommend him. I will need to hire a real door professional now to fix my door since he has been ignoring me.
