Initially contracted to remove an old range and patch up some basement holes, the projects quickly started piling up. Here are some of the many things Sergio and his workers (we dealt with Chris, which was a pleasure) handled for us: Removal of old basement ceiling and drywall installation, installation of a new tankless water heater, installation of various GFCI and 3-prong outlets, installation of chandeliers and other light fixtures, installation of exhaust fans in our bathrooms, and bulk trash removal. He really does do it all. And a lot of this stuff was not straightforward, because our house is so old. Very often, it involved finding solutions to unanticipated issues, whether it be spaghetti wiring or strange pipe running. Throughout the entire process, he was calm, communicative, and professional. We really felt like a friend was helping us, which is a rarity. Would highly recommend using Tiny Luxuries, and we will continue to do so for all of our future projects."See more
