We asked Will to come out and fix the A/C for our business. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and promptly diagnosed the problem. His pricing was reasonable and it was clear he wasn't trying to overcharge us. He even added on an extra small project for us at the end of his job even though we hadn't hired him to do it. I interviewed 4 HVAC pros before going with Andrew’s company. I had a great experience from start to finish, so much so that my brownstones Coop board offered the building’s boiler maintenance contract to Andrew. Wil is a uniquely skilled and multi-talented HVAC and construction professional. From the moment I met Wil during the project scoping and bidding process, he inspired great confidence of his deep HVAC technical knowledge and broad construction experience. He unquestionably provided the soundest advice and proposal for the routing of the piping, communication/electrical lines and drainage tubing from/to Mitsubishi Outside Condensers to/from 6 Interior Wall-Mounted Air-Handlers.
In terms of project execution, Wil's background as a general building contractor was a great asset throughout the project. He worked seamlessly with and provided guidance to the other sub-contractors involved (e.g., electricians, carpenter). As a family, we enjoyed having Wil work in our home throughout the project. We have two active young sons who often run around when back from school and Wil always treated them as if they were family and looked out for their safety when anywhere near the construction/installation areas.
This intricate project in a floor-through Manhattan apartment was delivered two days ahead of schedule without a glitch! The impact to walls and ceilings was minimal (even before re-painting where necessary), which is simply amazing for a project that involved significant piping, wiring, wall-mounting, etc.
The attractive wall-mounted units were placed meticulously in the most ideal spot of each room. The outside units and piping were also ideally placed and enclosed (where applicable). Most importantly, the HVAC system works flawlessly, is user friendly/intuitive, and even aesthetically pleasing!
I highly recommend Wil for his reliability, attentiveness, integrity, and overall knowledge/ experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We hired Fuse HVAC to repair our broken AC system, but after two months and over $10,000 spent, they were unable to fix it. We had to call in a different company, who resolved the issue in just one week.
Fuse canceled appointments and showed up over six hours late without any communication. It took them almost two weeks to provide estimates, and they claimed they would contact our supplier for a warranty on parts we had purchased through them. However, they never followed through, and ignored our questions about the status of that claim--likely because it didn't exist. The technician and the owner gave us conflicting information, and it felt like we were being led on with no real solution in sight. During this time, we also had to spend an additional $6,000 on temporary AC units just to cope with the situation. They also lied and said that they had a fix that we turned down. This never happened, as it took 3 weeks to even receive an estimate for the final job, and by that time, we already hired someone else.
Since we were so disappointed, I gave them the opportunity to make it right. I requested a refund for just one of the tests that didn't lead to a solution, and Fuse directed me to email them. I did, and after following up, I still have not heard back three weeks later.
Overall, Fuse failed to deliver on their promises, and we were left with a huge bill and no working AC. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Slava helped me out with inspection, repair, and maintenance of my old split AC in NYC. Due to a big gut renovation at my apartment, I was instructed by my contractor that the units were quite old and should be replaced. They also told me that because my units were custom made and old technology, the new ones will be tricky to get and obviously will cost a fortune. I had already asked many other engineers/HVAC guys to see and give an estimate. I luckily came across Slava who was quite responsive and came by to inspect the unit. In his first trip, he inspected the condenser and found it to be in good condition and suggested that replacing will be silly and wasteful. He ran detailed analysis using his measurement machine to check the cooling, and other metrics. He found the unit to be not
cooling effectively and clogging up due to lack of Freon.
He had to make another trip to replace Freon. He ran more measurement to make sure that the unit was now working perfectly. It wasn't due to clogging of outside vents on my condenser. For that, even in heavy rain he went outside to my neighbors building and climbed fire escape 4 floors to check the outside vents. He found them to be really clogged (pics attached) so he came back and with my approval chemically washed them by climbing again.
The tests after that were perfect. He also inspected the air handler and found it to be in good condition. He recommended ongoing maintenance and other relevant suggestions to make sure that it is a smoother process in future.
I feel lucky to have found Slava. He was a pleasure to work with, knows his work better than many in the industry, is quite industrious, takes pride in his work and just the right guy you want to be on your side. He will be my guy in future to fix any issues with my AC unit. Last but not
the least, he was by far the most reasonable guy I came across who did the work perfectly and in time for me. I have him a 25% tip which still put me way below what others were charging me. Highly recommended!!!!!
