My HVAC broke. I had called someone recommended to me by a neighbor and the person came and I was disheartened by all the work I was told was needed. They told me it was cheaper to get a new unit which was Thousands of dollars.
Then I spoke to someone in my doctor's office, and they gave me Ciao's number. I called to get a second opinion. The Tech came and there was no charge for the assessment. I was told that it wasn't as bad as I was told in the first place. They saved me thousands of dollars and they got me as a customer for life.
I would recommend them highly. It been 2 years and other then maintenance I haven't had to do anything to the unit.
I got a maintenance contract, and it was the best thing I ever did. It gave me and my wife peace of mind.
