Luckily, we found HEV Appliances, and a young man, Sasha, came immediately. First, he diagnosed the issue (broken compressor), then he explained to me how to reach out to LG and what to expect from the process of receiving a new part. When Sasha returned on Monday to fix the issue, he was very professional and helpful. He arrived on time with all the tools and systems and got to work. As I watched him work, I could see that he was experienced and knowledgeable; he answered many of our questions and explained what he was doing. He also pointed out how and when to vacuum coils to prevent fire hazards and improve the appliance's efficiency. Sasha replaced the compressor, updated the software, cleaned the system, and tested everything very carefully before he started packing up. He cleaned up the area and put the refrigerator back in place. Overall, his visit was excellent, and I am delighted to have my refrigerator back in order. I would recommend Sasha to anyone. It was a pleasure to work with him."See more
