I'm thoroughly pleased with the service M&R provided. He went above and beyond other HVAC companies that have serviced my unit. My unit is an older one from the 80s and he didn't pressure me to replace it. Nick came out on a Sunday to fix two ac units in our house that weren’t producing cold air. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved the same day. Price was also reasonable. They do quality work and would definitely call them again for any hvac needs.

Controlled comfort came out when my thermostat stopped working. They were able to fit me into their schedule the next day. It turned out that my HVAC unit will need to be replaced (which wasnt a complete surprise) but the technician provided me all of the details and was able to provide a temporary fix to help me until I can get the unit replaced. Very friendly service who showed up when they said they would.

I’m so glad to have found an honest technician in Manny from M&R. He came over for routine maintenance on my a/c unit and gave me a thorough explanation of everything he was checking and said it was all testing good except that one of my fans might be on it’s last legs.
The previous company I had check my a/c units last year just tried to upsell me to replace them the whole time. No such pressure from Manny which I appreciated.

Michael has been an actual GOD SENT!! He not only cleaned my AC unit and made it run(for reference, we didnt run it and hasnt been cleaned in years and it was FILTHY), he was able to program it to work again and WOW!! Its been colder than ever!
He is a dedicated professional and I have compared his prices to others, he is more than fairly priced, he will give it to you straight, not try to upsell you on stuff you dont need. I was so genuinely touched that he even followed up after the service to make sure the thermostat worked fine, which no one does. He is not only a great HVAC professional, he is a great human being. It would be a mistake if you went with other companies.
