It was excellent experience with new company that I found the owner's name is Dalton and he is very professional and a very excellent man that definitely is going to try to establish a business I recommend him an A+ everyone and the service man came to my home is above excellence and his name is Cris he is a very polite, knowledgeable and excellent technical repairman I would rate him over 99.9% of the people I have ever dealt with in my life as far as being a knowledgeable person with skills and make sure that he does not rip you off and scam you. I would briefly like to mention it is such a tremendous pleasure after the horrible experiences that I have had with the yes mancan.com and the Home Depot in the conspiracy of which they are both involved in of scamming and ripping people off and not doing repairs but charging ridiculous amounts of money it is a tremendous pleasure I promise you you will be happy and never regret using this company and the owner and this employee John E, Simmons ,SR. I came back from a trip and realized my AC unit stopped working. I made a few calls to different companies and decided on Mr. Gates Heating and Cooling. It was the best decision I made going with them. Dalton contacted me and arranged to look at my unit the very next day. He was very professional. I asked an endless amount of questions and he answered everything thoroughly and patiently.
