Ryan, the tech who serviced my unit, was very knowledgeable, professional and had the unit repaired in a reasonable amount of time. I will call Premier HVAC to have my AC checked every year and/or serviced when needed. I highly recommend Premier HVAC for your AC repair or servicing.

As with everything in life our unit stopped working on Friday night. We dont really habe the option with a baby in the house to wait until Monday. A family member recommended I call these guys.
What I am most impressed with is they didnt give me some 6 hour block of when they could stop by. The asked if 9am the next morning worked. At 830 am I had a tech texting me he was on the way. At 0845 he texted he was here.
While it was a saturday I really feel the tech was honest and wasnt milking me for any extra hours. They replaced a fan motor, checked my pressures and waited until I was happy the system functioned as needed. I was also exlecting to be raped with charges for a weekend call. But I was actually presented with a fair and complete bill that didnt seem to have any hidden costs. Very happy with the work performed.

I had Premier come out because my unit wasn't cooling properly. Ryan came out and was very honest about the age of my unit. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit he gave me advice on how to keep my unit going a little longer. Saved me $10k that others were charging me. He really knows his stuff and I recommend him to everyone now.
