The night that he installed the garbage disposal, my kitchen started flooding. He came back the next day and said that a lot of people don't have dishwashers, so he forgot to take a plug out of the hose.. That same night my kitchen sink started leaking again... He finally came back and tightened a pipe connection... Long story short, I have had a pot under my sink for 2 weeks! Mold is probably under the sink now, I need to pay someone else to fix what was broken! I should have just kept a non functioning garbage disposal!

After weeks of stopping on and off and rattling horribly my garbage disposal finally died on me in the middle of prepping for a big Saturday night dinner. I immediately went on Thumbtack & Gilbert was the only professional that would give me a quote over the phone to install a new one. He offered to come immediately but with an impending dinner party it wasn't possible so he scheduled for first thing Sunday morning at no extra charge so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday which was a huge relief.
