FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer military/veteran, police, fire/ems discounts as well as referral discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to at a minimum discuss a customer's project on the phone to get an understanding of their needs and work to provide an initial estimate in a timely fashion. If it is an issue or a project that requires I evaluate in person, a $25 service call fee is assessed and later waived if I am hired to complete the repair or project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My journey as a handyman has been shaped by years of personal experiences and invaluable mentorship from master journeyman level practitioners in the electrical and plumbing fields. From tackling various home improvement projects, I've gained hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading electrical systems and plumbing fixtures. The intermittent guidance from seasoned professionals has enriched my skills, allowing me to approach each task with confidence and precision. Whether it's fixing a leaky faucet or rewiring circuits, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to every project
