Our kitchen sink was clogged days before we planned to host Thanksgiving. He was able to come early the next day, was on time, thorough, and polite. Will be calling him again for any of our plumbing needs!

Class act will hire again. Fixed my main plumbing issue and then we mentioned a bunch of other things and he took care of them. His truck was fully stocked. Additionally, he went above and beyond and jdid a preliminary run through of all the fixtures just to make sure everything was operating correctly. Chris was great!

TL;DR I highly recommend to avoid this service provider.
Unpunctual, unprofessional and rude.
I hired this guy to do the simplest job plumbers can get, installing a kitchen faucet.
The guy, a young person in his 20s, arrived 90 minutes late, did a very poor job in communicating that he's late or providing an accurate ETA, and didn't even register how unprofessional his behavior is.
What really bothered me is that he didn't RTFM; sure, it's not rocket science, but every faucet is different and even the most experienced installers would spend a couple of minutes looking at the instructions. He assured me that he knows what he was doing, but clearly he didn't.
The faucet he installed started loosening and jiggling within 2-3 months of installation.
Now, about 5 months after doing this job, "Top Performance" Plumbing is ghosting my communications (calls & texts) and wouldn't provide any kind of warranty.
The only reason I hired this person and didn't do this job my self is because I have accessibility issue under my sink and didn't want to buy specialized tools for a one-time job, but now I'm back to square one and would have to do it on my own.
