Threads on the fixture were damadged by a sawzal when cutting off the handle that was frozen on. They then replaced the handle with a completly different type and color. Insulted my tenant by saying what do you want a thousand dollar handle. No only a chrome one that matches the faucet and covers it as well. My tenant had to tell them to leave and threatened to call the police. I have never had a situation like this ever. Do you self a favor and use some one else.

The work was completed and the drain was unclogged. However, my walls look like Swiss cheese. I was told they may have to cut one or two holes in the sheet rock to find the pipe and I ended up having seven holes cut in the walls. So now I have to get seven holes repaired.
