Genti was my saving grace on a holiday weekend when we woke up to water all over our kitchen floor. He came within two hours of contacting him and immediately identified the problem. He kindly got us a new faucet and navigated through lots of additional fixes and problem solving with our poorly constructed sink counter and spacing. Eriglent was super responsive and came to review my plumbing issue. Unfortunately I did not have the correct parts (my fault as I assured him I did) for him to fix my leak. He advised me in person which parts to orded. Since he had already made the trip, I asked if he could fix another issue - a loose sink faucet.
